For ClientsOur program consists of 16 individual sessions with a coach that range from
1-1.5 hours per session. Sessions are weekly and coaches provide specialized homework and individual worksheets to ensure the skills being taught are mastered. Coaches also offer accountability practices and between session support so that you are supported through every moment of your healing journey. Sessions are challenging and will force you to dig deep to heal the parts you are struggling to change. |

For Families
Healing Homes: A healing experience for the family
An estimated 70% of people have experienced a traumatic event in their lifetime. Without the assistance of mental health professionals or coaches, it can be difficult to heal from impacts trauma has had in life. Often, clients have come to Empress Evolve to heal from their childhood trauma or to find mental clarity in the fogginess of maternal mental health and/or Postpartum depression. The founders of Empress Evolve have created a coaching program that is designed to provide a healing experience for everyone in the home.
With Healing Homes, clients will receive a one-of-a-kind, 12-month personalized coaching experience with each Coach at Empress Evolve. For the first 4-months, clients will work with our Trauma Recovery Coach to assist in healing from the lifetime impacts of childhood trauma or traumatic experiences. Once this time concludes, if the client is a parent, they will spend their next 4-months with our Postpartum Recovery Coach to assist in finding control and mental clarity within their new life. Lastly, the final 4-months will be spent with our behavioral coach who provides Trauma Recovery for Men. In this program, the entire family unit will have a space to work through the impacts of trauma and major life changes. After all, lasting change can occur when the entire environment changes together.
