Why Do Adolescence Need Coaching?
Adolescence and early adulthood is a time marred with physical and emotional changes. This time period is known for increases in risk-taking behavior, lowered self-esteem, and difficulties finding identity. If there were any stressful life events that occurred in childhood, these risk factors significantly increase. It is important for teens and young adults to know their triggers and have a healthy set of coping skills to utilize to help reduce the negative impacts of trauma during this already tumultuous time in life.

Hello and welcome to Adolescent and Early Adulthood coaching! I first came to Empress Evolve as an intern; however, after engaging in their rigorous trauma training, I graduated from their program and became a coach!
I’m a proud Penn State alumni with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Outside of Empress Evolve, I work with an evidence-based therapeutic model providing treatment for at-risk youths and their families. My work helps create safer and healthier family units. Prior to putting in my own work to better my mental health, I was anxiety ridden, shy, and struggled deeply with self-esteem and doubt. I was quite familiar with allowing my insecurities to hold me back from the life I envisioned for myself. After moving forward with my healing journey and strengthening my self-confidence, I am now able to overcome any obstacle that comes across my path with clarity and purpose. I want to provide you with the same skill set and tools that research has proven to gain lasting and meaningful change in your life. What I can say is this: to get where you want takes time and it takes real work. There is nothing more satisfying than putting in work towards yourself, FOR yourself. My goal is to uncover a feeling of happiness and clarity for all adolescent and young adult clients that I serve. If this speaks to you, contact me for a free consultation today. Not only will I guide you through self-discovery, but I will be your partner throughout this journey. |
